During this time, we received huge experience in search, purchase, republishment and resale of a wide variety of real estates. Until recently, Finvest Capital shareholders operated exclusively with their own capital to complete transactions. And now investing is available for everyone.

      Dreambuilders is a construction company established in 2015. Over this time, they have carried out more than 800.000 m2 refurbishments in Germany, Czech Republic and the UK. Thanks to our collaboration with Dreambuilders, who provide us with exclusive deals, we are able to quickly and cheaply finish renovation processes of newly purchased estates with high quality.

      How much may I invest?

      Minimum investment amount - 10.000€, maximum - has no limits. We have special offers for investments over 300.000€.

      How long will it take me to exit my investments?

      Investments and profit are paid at the end of each project. Each case has its individual term and it depends on different circumstances. You may ask your Finvest Capital consultant for a forecast on each project.

      How many investors may take part in a project?

      There could be a single investor or multiple investors on each project.

      How is an investment's profit being distributed?

      The calculated yield is distributed at the very end of each project, which payed out to investors excludes 30% Finvest Capital fees

      How is each estate's required investment amount calculated?

      For each estate we calculate its maximum price, required investment amount for republishment, and amount of associated costs (Land tax, notary services, fee to enter Germany Land Register, and etc.). Sum of these costs is the required investment amount.
