      How long will it take me to exit my investments?

      Investments and profit are paid at the end of each project. Each case has its individual term and it depends on different circumstances. You may ask your Finvest Capital consultant for a forecast on each project.

      How many investors may take part in a project?

      There could be a single investor or multiple investors on each project.

      How is an investment's profit being distributed?

      The calculated yield is distributed at the very end of each project, which payed out to investors excludes 30% Finvest Capital fees

      How is each estate's required investment amount calculated?

      For each estate we calculate its maximum price, required investment amount for republishment, and amount of associated costs (Land tax, notary services, fee to enter Germany Land Register, and etc.). Sum of these costs is the required investment amount.
